Project Loving Me is a youth-led initiative that promotes the practice of self-love, self-care, and acceptance by using healing workshops to promote di stigmatization and education on mental health in our very own SAYA community.Each workshop would include different icebreakers, actives, discussions, and/or special guests that help encourage open and safe conversations about our own mental health struggles in our communities.
