The Racial and Ethnic Advocacy Leaders Consulting Program (R.E.A.L.) is an organization that aims to provide assistance to high schoolers that lack access to the resources necessary for success in the college application process. Since many of these students tend to be predominately low-income minorities, with this program we hope to also bridge the socioeconomic disparity in college attendance between these students and their counterparts.
