Program Coordinator

Riley’s Way Foundation is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as our Program Coordinator, specializing in project coordination and administration, teen leadership development, curriculum documentation and development, and coaching and mentoring students. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our leadership team to support, administer, and grow some of our core grant-making and leadership development programs for teens, including the Riley’s Way Councils, the Call for Kindness, and Youth Leadership Retreat.

Communications Director

Riley’s Way Foundation is hiring a Communications Director to lead the development and implementation of our communication and digital outreach strategies to advance our mission of empowering the next generation of kind leaders. This person will develop organization and mission-aligned branding and messaging, develop and implement PR strategy, produce impactful and inspiring content for our community of teens, partners, and funders (e.g., website, social media, newsletter, annual report, program materials, etc.), manage social media content and strategy, and help develop and design programmatic and organizational materials.
